2. SHIPPING IN DENMARK:
We send all orders as parcel post with GLS. The prices are as follows:
- Delivery to Pakkeshop: DKK 35
- Delivery to home address: DKK 50
- Pick up in store: Free
- Orders over DKK 499 are sent free of charge to the nearest parcel shop.
Our store is located at the address Collage Cph, Naboløs 1, kld., 1206 København K (entrance from Læderstræde).
If you choose to pick up your order in the store, please wait to pick it up until you receive an email from us. We will send you a message as soon as your order is ready for collection, which is usually the same day.
3. SHIPPING ABROAD:
We offer delivery to the whole world. We send all packages with GLS to the package shop and the prices are as follows:
- Sweden: DKK 70
- Germany: DKK 70
- Belgium: DKK 70
- Holland: DKK 70
- France: DKK 100
- Austria: DKK 150
- Spain: DKK 150
- Italy: DKK 150
- Greece: DKK 150
- Norway: DKK 200
- Switzerland: DKK 200
- Faroe Islands / Greenland / Iceland: DKK 250
- Other countries in Europe: DKK 200
- United Kingdom: DKK 300
- USA and the rest of the world: DKK 400
Please note that orders to the UK due to new Brexit rules must be at least GBP 135 (approximately DKK 1130) in order to be shipped.
You will automatically receive an email from us with the GLS tracking number as soon as we have packed your order.
5. SOLD OUT PRODUCTS
We make reservations for sold-out products, and should it be the case that an ordered item is sold out, we will contact you by e-mail and arrange further in relation to exchange for another item, waiting in relation to the item is in stock again or cancellation of the item / order.
6. PAYMENT OPTIONS
At collagecph.dk you can pay with VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Mobilepay.
* All payments are secured through NETS , and the money is only withdrawn from the customer when the order is shipped.
7. HOW DO I EXCHANGE / RETURN AN ITEM?
Items purchased on collagecph.dk can be returned within 14 days of receipt. If the 14 days have been exceeded, it is no longer possible to return the item. If you send the item back, it must also be sent within 14 days of receipt. An e-mail about the desired return within the current period is not considered a valid return, the item must be sent no later than 14 days after receipt. If the period is exceeded, the return will not be accepted and sent back to the recipient. We do not pick up packages in parcel shops, which is why everything must be sent privately to the address below. Please note that it can take up to 7 days before the return is processed after arrival with us. If you want to exchange or send an item back, please send us an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org . In the email, please explain the reason for return / exchange and write your order number.
Shipping costs in connection with the return of goods are always borne by you as the buyer. We are happy to send a return label for DKK 35, which we deduct at the refund. If you wish to exchange for another item, the new item will be sent to you free of charge.Items are sent back to:

You can also return or exchange your item in our store. Please note, however, that we can only return the money to the same card on which the item was purchased. When returning to the store, it can take 3-5 working days from handing in until the money is returned on the card.
You have a 2-year right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including defects and defects in the product that have occurred within this period. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint must be justified and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.
You must complain within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect in the item. You advertise by sending an e-mail to email@example.com, in which you describe what the problem is as detailed as possible and attach at least one picture.
9. GIFT CARDS
It is possible to buy a gift card for use in both the webshop and in our store. It is a physical gift card that we send to you with GLS. The gift card can be redeemed within 3 years after the date of issue.
