You will receive an order confirmation on your email just after you order. If you have any comments to your order, please leave them as a comment during checkout or send us an email to shop @ collagecph and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
When you make an order, a money reservation is made. Your money will be withdrawn after we have sent your package off.
You can pay with the following cards: VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Mobilepay. The payment is secured through NETS and we do not have access to any of your card informations. We only have access to withdraw the order amount. The payment can be imposed a fee depending on the credit card type. This fee is calculated and taken by NETS.
FREIGHT WITHIN DENMARK
We ship all packages with GLS. The prices are as followed:
- Delivery to Pakkeshop: DKK 35
- Delivery to home address: DKK 60
- Delivery to business address: DKK 60
- Pickup in store: Free
- If the purchase amount is more than DKK 499 the freight is free and we will send your package to a Pakkeshop.
Our store is located in central Copenhagen on the address: Naboløs 1, kld., 1206 København K.
If you choose to pickup your order in our store, please wait until you receive a confirmation email from us. We will send it as soon as your order is ready for pickup, normally the same day.
FREIGHT OUTSIDE OF DENMARK
We offer worldwide shipping. We ship all packages inside of EU with GLS and all packages outside of EU with Post Nord (The Danish Postal Service). The prices are as followed:
- Sweden / Germany / Belgium / Netherlands / France: DKK 100 - (Free if order is above DKK 1500)
- Other EU countries: DKK 150 - (Free if order is above DKK 1500)
- Faroe Islands, Greenland, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland: DKK 300 - (Free if order is above DKK 2000)
- The rest of the world: DKK 400
Normally, we send your order within 1-3 working days. But we take reservations for extra busy times. We send all orders as a package with insurance, and all orders can therefore be tracked during shipment. We send you the tracking number by email.
Please check your parcel as soon as you receive it. If it is damaged please let us know as soon as possible, so that we can claim it to the delivery company. We kindly ask for photo material og the damaged product (s) and also a description of the damaged. You can send it to email@example.com.
If you do not pick up your parcel and it is sent back to us, we will subtract the paid freight from your order, before we give you your money back for the products. If you want us to send the package again the extra freight is paid by you.
We care about our planet and it is normal that your order will be delivered in a reused box, also the plastic and other package material is often reused.

SOLD OUT PRODUCTS
In case of sold out products, we will contact you by email and agree on whether you want to wait for the product to be in stock again, receive a similar product or remove the product from your order.
CANCELLATION If you want to cancel your order this must be within 14 days after delivery. Please send us an email to email@example.com in which you let us know that you want to cancel your order. Please write us your order number for easier identification. The order must be sent back to: Collage CPH, Naboløs 1, kld., 1206 København K.
You are also welcome to stop by our store and hand in the product (s), the store is located on the same address as written above. Note, that we can only give you your money back on the card that was used to purchase the product (s). In the store we will write you a small slip as a proff of the return, but the money transfer is manual and will be done within 24 hours from the return of the products. Expect around 2-6 working days (depending on your bank) before the money is back on your card.

You pay the costs in connection with the return of the item. Upon return, you are responsible for the item being properly packed and you bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until it arrives with us. You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the product, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, properties and the way it works. In other words - you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried in addition to the one described above, we consider the item to be used, which means that in the event of cancellation, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. You can not regret by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this. Should this happen, we will deduct the fee from GLS for return shipping from your purchase amount.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT Once the item is received and approved, we will refund the purchase price and any shipping costs. If you return the entire order, we will refund the shipping costs for the original shipment, but if you return only parts of the order, we will only refund the amount for the item. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted. We refund to the same debit card from which the original transaction was deducted.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT Collagecph.dk provides a 2-year right of complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, covering defects and defects in the product that have arisen within this period. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The complaint must be justified and the defect must not have arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior. You must complain within a 'reasonable time' after you have discovered the defect in the item. You advertise by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, in which you describe what the problem is, as detailed as possible and attach at least 1 picture. We do not accept packages sent by post. COD and goods must always be sent back in proper packaging. If the complaint is justified, we will of course refund your (reasonable) shipping costs when returning it to us. Remember to get a receipt for the shipment, as a voucher for the shipping costs. GIFT CARD It is possible to buy a gift card for use in the webshop and store. It is a physical gift card that we send to you with GLS. The gift card can be redeemed within 3 years after the date of issue.
PERSONAL DATA & SECURITY To be able to shop on pyntemor.dk, we ask you for the following information: Name Address Telephone number (so GLS can send you a message about your package) E-mail address
We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you. Or to be able to get in touch with you with questions, possible delays or sold out items. The above data is stored with information about which items you have purchased.
The personal information is registered with pyntemor.dk and stored in a secure manner for five years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, cf. section 10 of the Accounting Act, after which the information is deleted.
We use Trustpilot.dk to obtain purchasing experiences. Information collected from Trustpilot.dk is not passed on to others.
In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.
The data controller at www.collagecph.dk is the owner Ann-Sofie Pedersen Ostenfeld . You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you. If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can e.g. be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it. You can also contact us if you believe that your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. You can write to us at: shop @ collagecph.dk.
Information is passed on or is not sold to a third party unless this is in connection with a restructuring or a wholly or partly sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation will be in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time.
